Myloweslife Login – Official Pages.
My Lowe’s Life is the Lowe’s Home Improvement employee website.
The company is United States’ the second-largest hardware chain, smaller The Home Depot, but larger than Menards. Lowe’s employs around 265.000 associates, so the need for a centralized employee portal was apparent.
Employees can now use the portal to view their work schedules, see their past payslips, apply for new positions and keep up with company news.
Logging in to the My Lowe’s Life Portal.
For new employees, there is often confusion about how to register for the portal for the first time, and how to log in to Myloweslife. So, to make things easier, we have listed the actual urls that you can use to access the website.
First of all, you DO NOT log in from the main Lowe’s website found at https://www.lowes.com/. This website is used for store customers to log in to their account to purchase products or follow up on past orders.
Instead, navigate to https://www.myloweslife.com, and you will be redirected to the official login page.
If you are a FORMER Lowe’s employee, then you will need to login at the http://mylowesbenefits.com/full-time/former-employee/ login page.
I Cannot Log In to MyLowesLife.
What could be the problem?
Remember, you must be a current employee of Lowe’s in order to log in the Lowe’s employee portal. Your access will be terminated, if you have left your Lowe’s employment.
You must also have a “Sales Number” and a “Password” in order to log in to the portal. Your Sales Number and Password which will be provided by the HR department, when you begin your job. It is the the same number that you use, when signing in at the cash register at work.
If you cannot log in, then try the following:
- Make sure that your internet connection is functioning properly.
- Check that your CAPS LOCK key on your keyword is OFF, as your username and password are case-sensitive.
- Try logging in to MylowesLife with another browser, for example, Edge, Mozilla or Chrome.
- Try signing in from another device, for example a mobile phone or another computer.
- If you still cannot log in, then refresh your browser cache, as a last resort, and attempt to login in again.
- If you have forgotten your password, then visit the Lost Password page, to reset it.
If the system still won’t let you in, then contact the HR department. You can find the contact information here.
Myloweslife KRONOS Schedule Login.
Lowe’s have moved employee’s schedule check to the KRONOS app.
If you are a Lowe’s associate, and you want to check your work schedule from your mobile phone, you are advised to download the KRONOS app for iOS or Android.
The KRONOS system will ask your for the Lowe’s server name, which should have been emailed to you by your manager.
The Lowe’s KRONOS server name is: https://ltsrvext.lowes.com/lowesmobile.
The first letter is an l (not an i).

I am so beyond frustrated with Kronos. I missed work today because I had no idea I worked! Now it’s considered a call out. My manager had been texting me my schedule because apparently Kronos hasn’t been working now all of a sudden my schedule is apparently on Kronos but I can’t access it for squat! I have the app didn’t work and I’ve tried online and they didn’t work. It is taking up way too much of my life just to see my schedule and now I’m even missing work days. I need to keep this job. It’s it’s my bills and feeds my kids. Gee Kronos. Thanks a lot!

I can not get my schedule online using my laptop 7.0 or my i8 phone. The laptop requires Adobe Flash Player which is no longer applicable in 2020 and and my iPhone shows a menu of apps. What’s the answer. Thanks

Kronos is a joke .. the whole company is a joke , lack of communication, Poor management especially in Orem Utah.

Worst company ever
I was hired on as a seasonal employee and told “check your schedule every day” and they were not kidding. This apparently new scheduling system holds you hostage and disrupts all of your life. I asked for Sunday mornings off for church – I think I’ve had one in 4 months. I enjoy my job but this constant flux keeps me from being totally happy here. I hope that the corporate level will realize that just as they like having stable work hours, their employees like some stability as well, and want to be able to plan a few weeks ahead to see their families and such.
I am so disappointed in the system. I am on hold now for 43 minutes and still counting. I need help but “all associates are busy” I can’t access the info on our insurance portal. I have been trying to get through for several days but cant. left a return number before, the recording said i would get a call back in about 30 minutes. THAT was over an hour ago. I am on leave of absence but that seems to have wiped out my existence.
Always a problem signing in from my laptop at home!! ALWAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🙁

7/30/19: I had a very qualified IT individual try to help me get Kronos to work both on my PC computer and on my Android. The difficulty lies within the website itself as it is not consistent in taking the user directly to the Kronos website. I find I have to close out of the error message regarding an incorrect proxy or firewall setting I get and click back on to the myloweslife login link to get into Kronos website. I have had my firewall checked and it is working correctly and the proxy setting is set up correctly. I have added the secure myloweslife.com to my firewall setting and it still comes up as an error. It worked well up until about a month ago( 6/2019). I have installed the mobile app several times on my Android and as soon as I exit the app, I get an error message stating the server cannot be found so I am unable to access my schedule using the mobile app. In the FAQ section of the app it states the “admin must put a tracer on my Android” to find out why the server name cannot be accessed but there is no information how to contact the “admin” therefore I find the mobile app worthless.
I’m off on medical and cannot access my pay slip, typical Lowe’s just like Lowe’s.com terrible to navigate. These big shot melinels try to change something and screw it up.
I too have been on med leave since April 2019. I also can’t access anything even if I go to my store. No e-mails kronos flexable spending ect ect ect, nothing. At the three stores in my valley nobody seems to know anything. And of course we don’t have a real HR person that we can talk to in person. Have to call and try to speak to some one or a recording who doesn’t speak a whole lot of english. I have been there 15 years now and to me this is just unacceptable.
It’s not millennials’ fault. I’ve written better software than this, and you can easily see this is the work of a 50-something year old who doesn’t know how to make anything usable on current technology. This system is made with severely outdated tools. You could learn that if you didn’t talk out of your rear and blame people younger than you.

Lowe’s for over a year and accessing my schedule should NOT be this time consuming and fruitless! I don’t know if I work!!! Lowe’s is making it difficult to access my schedule while at my first/primary job. I have an android phone and cant use it anymore!
The switch to Kronos has been the least helpful and most annoying change this company has ever foisted upon it’s employees.
Nope IMS is the crappiest thing. Plus is doesn’t communicate with Genesis

Ask a manager. Eden you’re out so long, the SYSTEM comes across a time in such you were supposed to change your password. Since you were not there, you COULDN’T change it. Therfore, you are inactive until you get back in, have an MOD reset your password (which sometimes isn’t enough). Sometimes you’ll also need to reset your Lowe’s Life password as well. I’ve heard that’s easy to do, but I’ve always had to call IT.

It used to be so easy to get my schedule. Now it is difficult if not impossible. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it! I was on vacation and now I don’t know when to go in.
I have been logging onto the website in order to look at my schedule(I am a current employee) for almost a year and now all of the sudden this past week it says I have to have the abode reader on my device which is my iPhone in order to go forward…this is ridiculous I have to call the store to get my schedule there has to be something else I can do..

Wow – these comments are scary!! I, too, am having trouble finding what I need. Did a great (or at least I thought so!) walk in interview last week, waiting for an email – like a regular email about what happens next and now realizing I need to log in to the “Candidate Portal”. everytime I try to login and click the forgot my password from my home pc or smartphone I get this internal error message
Lowes web site is a total disaster. Every time i try to pay my bill online I cant get in. I have my acct set up so all I have to do is go to saved and click, right ? WRONG !!! I spend 20 min trying to get my acct and another 20 min with a CSR who can’t help or fix the problem.In the past year I dropped 9K . No more, I’ll start going to home depot.
