What is Myloweslife.com?
Lowe’s is one of the biggest and the most popular companies in USA offering home-improvement and hardware products. A self-service human resource system called “My Lowe’s Life” has been created for the 265.000 employees to help manage the employee’s needs.
My Lowe’s Life can be found through the www.Myloweslife.com web address. This platform enables the Lowe’s employees to access their accounts, and view all information pertaining to their employment. Lowe’s employees can view their tax, paycheck, schedule, shifts, benefits, and more.

What can I use the Myloweslife Employee Portal for?
My Lowe’s Life is a handy tool for all Lowe’s current and former employees. Using this platform, a Lowe’s employee is able to view his or her working schedule, trade/change shifts, read work-related emails, manage benefits, paychecks, and other information that’s related to the employee’s job.
Moreover, the platform enables its employees to apply for better job positions.
Information about employee benefits and plans are also provided. This information includes work benefits, unemployment compensation, dental insurance, vacation pay, and even the life insurance for dependents.
Myloweslife Login.
First of all, you must have all your credentials ready in order to log in to the My Lowe’s Life portal. You must be a current or former Lowe’s employee. You should already have been given the login credentials, like your User ID (which is your identification number), a password, and a security question.
It is important to remember your login credentials and the answer to the security question that you’ve provided. Also, you must have a tablet, smartphone, or computer, and an internet connection.
Your login credentials will be given to you by your HR department. Consult the Lowe’s HR department, if you have not received your login credentials.
After obtaining your login details, you may now go into the My Lowe’s Life’s login page at www.myloweslife.com.
On My Lowe’s Life’s homepage, you will see two text input boxes, where you must enter the login credentials. A link saying ‘Click Here,’ will direct you to another page if you’re a former Lowe’s employee.
Logging in to MyLowesLife – Current Employees.
If you’re a new or current Lowe’s associate, all you have to do is type the identification number into the ‘Sales Number’ text box and your password in the ‘Password’ text box
Click on login.
After signing in, you will see two selections that prompt you to choose between ‘Part-time’ or ‘Full-Time.’ Choose the one that applies to you and you will be taken to your account’s homepage. Your homepage has a navigation bar located at the top and a search bar that you can use to look for the work-related topics that you need to address.
Logging in to MyLowesLife – Former Employees.
Former associates will need to click on the ‘Click Here’ link that’s located at the middle part of the screen on www.myloweslife.com. It will direct you to a page where you mut choose the type of employment you had at Lowe’s.
Each of the links will take you to the page that describes the benefits that you can still get from Lowe’s.
Login Troubleshooting.
It’s inevitable that some employees may sometimes encounter issues when trying to log in to their accounts. If you have problems when logging in to your account, you should try:
- Making sure that you ar on the correct login page. The official login page is at https://www.myloweslife.com/. When entering this address, you will be directed to a unique addess, that starts with https://lius.myloweslife.com/…
- Clear your browser’s cookies and history.
- Choose to log in with another browser.
- Try logging in from another device, e.g. a mobile phone or laptop.
Check if your browser has been updated, because My Lowe’s Life requires JavaScript and cookies use. Make sure that your cookies and JavaScript are enabled in your browser settings. Make sure that you have the most current version of JavaScript.
Also, check that you have typed your user ID or password correctly. If you are still having a problem logging in to your account despite all these solutions, you might have forgotten your password or user ID. See how to reset your password or User ID below.
If you are still having problems, but you are sure that your password and User ID is correct, then contact the HR department.
Myloweslife – Reset Login Password.
Don’t fret, if you have forgotten your password, because the process of resetting your login credentials is easy. All you have to do is click on the link that says ‘Forgot Password’ underneath the ‘Sales Number’ and ‘Password’ text boxes.
After clicking on the ‘Forgot Password’ link, you will be taken to the pa,e where you will be asked a security question. You should know the answer to this security question since you’ve provided this detail to your HR, when you received your login credentials.
After answering the security question, you will be given further instructions on how you can reset your user ID or password. If you are still having problem then contact logging in to your account, contact your HR and ask for help.
Please remember, that a valid password must include at least 1 number and at least 7 characters. So, try your password again with this in mind.

I have been using the valid response to my security question and have been locked out after 5 attempts. It is asking for my father’s middle name and I have tried it with and without a capital letter. All I can assume is that the middle name is not correctly entered. Please let me know how to reset my account.
This is the worst company I ever had the disgrace to work for. They rid the stores of HR then make a computerized HR that never works. No wonder peoples problems are never solved, it’s as if Lowes is try to avoid them. When you need your paid stubs and access them or anything else for that matter. Perhaps it’s time we take all complaints to a lawyer since I’m certain they will be fixed then.

very confusing, very complicated, too many screens, one day i will be able to view what i need to see, another day it says i am not authorized? checked my schedule, won’t allow me to print, i hate printing at work, don’t want to use company supplies, please make the employee site simple, should say LOWES.COM/ASSOCIATE, then once the site is on, we can login, then just list all the links where we can just click in a simple one screen

Can’t access anything from home or from my lowes workstation at work
When I try to log into my account it says that ( I’m not authorized to use ) really why??
I am no longer able to login from home. I know my password is correct it definitely works on my computer inside the building. But not at home on my phone, laptop, or pc. I cant even login on my phone at work when connected to the wifi. Is there a reason for this. I’ve tried internet explorer firefox and google chrome. I’ve reinstalled them all as well.
As a work-around, download the Kronos Mobile App for iPhone or Android. When prompted to enter a server, enter: https://ltsrvext.lowes.com/lowesmobile, as the server (thats a “l” for lowes in the beginning of the address). Then you should be able to access.

I cannot see my paychecks. When I click on view paystub it says error PeopleSoft is down due to high volume. This has been going on for 12 hours and three different devices.

After signing in, find the small tab at upper left corner. It will say “My Lowe’s Life”. Click on it and a drop down menu appears. In that drop down menu, find and click on “my wealth”. On the screen on the left hand side, click on the link that says “View my payslip”.
The screen will open all your recent paychecks. Click on the paystub that you want to open it and print it.
I can not view my schedule and request time off from home. It tells me to download Adobe Flash Player. My device doesn’t support this download. Is there a way around this so I can view from home?
A lot of employees seem to have the same problem with Adobe Flash Player. Kronos states on their website that they plan to phase out Adobe Flash Player and JAVAscript within 2020. If you cannot access your Lowe’s employee schedule with your mobile device, try from your home computer and download or update Adobe Flash Player.
It is still possible to download Adobe Flash player for Android from Adobe’s website: Go to Adobe’s Flash Player archives at www helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html and scroll down until you see the listings for Android Flash player downloads.
An easier workaround is to download Mozilla’s FlashFox app from Google Play Store. This browser app allows viewing Flash content on Android phones.
Alternatively, download the Kronos Workforce Ready Mobile app or Kronos Mobile App from Google or Apple’s app stores, and try accessing your Lowe’s schedule with the Kronos app.

Sounds like a browser issue. Try logging in from another internet browser or click on “Advanced” or “Add and Exception”. If you are prompted to change your password next time you are at work, then your Myloweslife password is due to be reset.

Yes you can still download it for Android from Adobe’s archives. Or, download the Flashfox Mozilla browser app, Dolphin browser app or Puffin browser app.
I want to put a request in for work day off. I can not get into Kronos. Something is wrong with it. It needs to be fixed so employees can get into it for their schedule and requests for time off when employees are not work. Thank you.

HOW DO I SEARCH IN-HOUSE JOB LISTINGS
Log in to the Lowe’s Employee Portal at http://www.myloweslife.com.
Find and click on the “My Lowe’s Life” tab.
Locate “Lowe’s Career Opportunities” on the right-hand side of the screen in the HR Quick Links sidebar. Click on it.
Then, click on “Search Openings.”
Find “Location #,” and choose the four-digit number for your store and then click on the “Search.” button.
If you wnat to find a position at another store than the one you work at, enter the city or zip code into the location search at the bottom of the page.
Check the box next to the jobs you want to apply for and click “Apply to jobs.”
If your resume needs updating, use the “Lowe’s Career Opportunities” portal first.
Before applying, we recommend speaking to your manager first.
