Getting your Lowe’s W-2 – Current Employees.
Current associates must first visit MyLowesLife.com.
Then navigate to > My Wealth > Payroll Services > W-2 Services.
Click on “Get your W-2 now” if you selected online delivery. Find the current year’s W-2 and click on the blue arrow and select “Online” and follow the steps to print it out.
If you did not select online delivery of your W2, then go to the www.loweslife.com and click on “W-2 reprint.” (only possible from the beginning of February).
Associates can get can 1 reprint for free for the current year W-2. There is a charge for prior -year W-2 statements.
Ps , you could have 2 W2’s, if you have worked in more than 1 state or lived in 1 state and worked in another.
Look at all the pages when you print the W-2. The second W2 will be the LAST page to print.
Getting your Lowe’s W-2 – Former Employees.
Former employees should go to www.w2express.com.
On the first webpage enter LOWES in the employer name box or enter the LOWES employer code of 11116.
On the next webpage, enter your SSN and your PIN (last four digits of SSN + MM + YY of your birth date) and press on the “Continue” tab to log in to into www.w2express.com.
Change the default PIN after logging in to www.w2express.com for the first time.
After logging in, select “Get your W2 now” for online delivery or click on W-2 reprint (possible after Feb 1).
What is a W-2?
Form W-2 is a tax form used in the United States by the Internal Revenue Service to report wages paid to associates/employees and the withheld taxes.
All employers must complete a Form W-2 for each of their employees that are paid a salary or other compensation as part of the employment.
As per IRS.Gov: Every US employer who pays a salary/remuneration, including noncash payments of $600 or more for the year for services performed by an associate must file a Form W-2 for all associates (even if the associate is related to the employer) from whom:
- Income, social security, or Medicare tax was withheld.
- Income tax would have been withheld if the employee had claimed no more than 1 withholding allowance or if the employee had not claimed exemption from withholding on Form W-4, Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate.

I’m being denied access to my w2. I have called Lowe’s 2x and they say they’re working on it. I called Equifax and they said to call Lowe’s.
Lowe’s can’t send it to me for some reason. Do I have to sue Lowe’s to get my w2? Saying it’s because of the pandemic is not an excuse.

I’m a previous employee. When I read the directions that I needed to type 9+SSN I thought this meant I needed to type my past 9 digit employee number + my SSN. Turns out I needed to type the literal
digit/number “9” followed by my SSN.
So if anyone else was confused by this hopefully this note helps.

You can get your W2 @ no charge. Just go to mytaxform.com. Company code is 11116. To login you will put 9 + your social security number. Your pin is the last 4 of your social along with your 2 digit month & 2 digit year. That should prompt you to enter a new numerical password. We found this out by contacting HR. Hope it helps!

Are you saying that the Pin is your last 4 of your SSN and the 2 digit month and 2 digit year of your Birthday ??
because that doesn’t work , the first part does but on the PIN , that combination does not work
For current Lowe’s members, you need to use 0’s + your sales ID to equal a total of 9 digits.

I am a former employee and I have followed every step listed, but I still can not login to get my w2 form. I even tried different forms of the password just in case I was miss thinking it. I also tried putting my info in to get verified but couldn’t get pass that either. I am not sure if they want my current address, current last name, and current phone number or what was on my previous tax forms or what Lowe’s had me under.
Same problem here. It’s the 21st century and your w2 is inaccessible.
I did all of the steps for the former employee and now it will not allow me to log back into the my tax form website. It just keeps saying loading indefinitely. I’m becoming extremely frustrated. There’s no information on that website for customer support

The Myloweslife.com does not work. I have been trying for days to get on. Have done everything it suggests I try. It still doesn’t work. I called the number for help. They transferred me to another number. Neither could solve the problem. They simply tell me to call my former employer which I am not happy about having to do. It should not be this difficult!

Why pay to get our W2? Is that even legal?
Federal law requires employers, and Lowe’s, to send W-2 statements, no matter the earnings amount. W2 statements can be sent in paper or digital form. The IRS allows your employer (Lowe’s) to charge for any duplicate copies, with no dollar amount limit, and to charge a fee for previous-year W2 statements.
I never received my W2 I’ve been trying to log on and after redoing passwords it just kicks me out. I have never received a W2 at a house I own get mail at for 30 years. I can’t get in system

If you are accessing your W-2 via mytaxform.com, then be aware that active Lowes employees should use their 9 digit sales ID (with leading zeroes) to log in. Inactive/former employees should use 9+SSN to log in.
I now live in the Philippines as of this past November. How can I get my W-2 form when it becomes available when I do not have a phone number and just an email address. I believe you go to mytaxforms.com now

why do I need to pay 18 dollars to get my w2

Hi Karen, you will need to log in at the FORMER Lowe’s Employee Login page, found at https://leplb0180.upoint.alight.com/web/lowes/login.
If you still have questions about your W-2, then please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You should get a response within 8 hours.
